What do I do if my payments have been declined

Don’t worry, this can happen for a number of reasons. Try checking the details in your account to ensure that the card details such as the start date and card type are correct. Also double check that your billing address is the same address of the card it is registered too.

If the problem persists, enter the details of another card and try that. If you are still having no luck then and they will take it from there.

When should I expect to receive my goods?

You will receive an email confirming delivery date and time within 48 hrs, however if in stock you will usually receive your order within 3-5 working days. Please note that all deliveries require signature confirmation
