Orders that are in stock are typically shipped the same working day or next working day of receiving your order and delivery to you is normally the next business day by national carrier between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm. We can offer a guaranteed (if items are in stock) next day delivery for an additional charge (as long as requested before 11am) - call us for details.

Where large orders require palletised delivery we offer you 2 levels of service:
Goods are delivered to your door only (point of entry). You will be responsible for moving the product from that point and waste disposal of packing material.
Optional Two Man Install
This service is available for equipment that requires assembly or installation by more than one person. Goods are delivered, unloaded, unpacked (packaging is removed), assembled if necessary and then placed where you wish - this attracts an extra charge (please call for a quotation).

Most small items can be sent by carrier and we can also arrange for larger items to be delivered to most locations within the EU using a dedicated specialist shipper.

We operate a no-nonsense returns policy for up to 30 days after original delivery. All returns must be accompanied by a returns note number “RNN” issued by our Customer Service Department in order to issue your refund. The Goods must be in new and unused condition, with original labels and original packaging intact. You are responsible for the returning Goods and all associated costs. Goods must be returned within 14 days of an “RNN” number being given to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that frames and racks will require assemby after delivery. We can offer an installation service that would include the assembly of equipment - please call us on 0800 756 2404 for a quote or send us and email on email@example.com
Before ordering any equipment or flooring it is important that you measure the area where it is going to be placed. Please ensure you can gain access to your chosen location. If there are narrow doorways, staircases or tight corners it may not be possible to deliver your equipment. Please take time to check these details to avoid any additional cost to return your order. Please note that we are also unable to accept specially ordered products back as returns.
Non Returnable Items
Please note that items such as mats, gloves, mitts etc. cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons. Custom orders (such as benches with custom upholstery) cannot be returned.
Cancellations and Order Changes
To avoid confusion please confirm any order changes or order cancellations in writing as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, there is not charge to change or cancel. If the order has shipped, the order may be returned as per standard returns policy.
Damages and Delivery Discrepancies
Please advise us immediately upon receipt of damaged Goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept any claims relating to deliveries that have exceeded more than 48 hours. We will repair or replace items within that period.
We will repair or replace any item, (including non-returnable items) that are delivered to you in a damaged condition providing you report this within 48 hours of receipt of Goods by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
