If I don’t like my purchase or change my mind can I return my item?
Yes, simply notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if eligible we will issue you a Returns Note Number (“RNN”) so that your order may be returned and refunded. Please note, your return must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We normally issue refunds within 3-5 working days after the item has been received and inspected, although it may take several more days to be received by your bank. In any case, we will issue valid refunds within 30 days at the latest.
Can I return an item after it has been used?
No, we are unable to accept returns after items have been used.
Do I pay to return the item?
Yes, you are responsible for returning the item and arranging shipment. If you are not able to arrange shipment, please contact our customer support and we may be able to assist in collection of the items, although a handling fee may be charged.
How do I cancel an order before it ships?
You may send a request for cancellation at any time by sending us an email to email@example.com and we will send you confirmation by email of the cancellation if we are able to stop the shipment - if it has shipped you may return the item as per our return policy.
What warranty do you offer on your products?
