  • Functional anatomy and the kettlebell.
  • The seven essential kettlebell exercises, Swing; Clean; Snatch; Front Squat; Military Press;
    Windmill and Turkish Get Up.
  • Programme design and the various approaches to training.
  • Workouts and training programmes to implement in your sessions.
  •
