MOVE IT gives you everything you need to deliver a varied, high intensity functional training programme that engages members of every fitness level. It’s designed to achieve the maximal post exercise benefits of HIIT training, developing rest aerobic and anaerobic capacity to new levels.

Participants move through a series of workout zones, with intervals, equipment and exercises carefully chosen to challenge energy systems whilst developing total body, functional strength and endurance. MOVE IT can be run as either 30 or 45 minute workouts for maximum flexibility for clubs and members.

The typical MOVE IT participant will be looking for more variety and fun – and better results – than they can get from other workouts. It’s the combination of the HIIT approach and the group format that packs such a punch. This leads on to much greater engagement with the club or trainer and a long-term commitment to their fitness journey.

MOVE IT provides a fun, challenging, self-paced workout for members of most fitness levels. It has been designed from the ground up in a way that lets people of different capabilities work out together.



There are instruction manuals for trainers, 30-minute workouts, 45-minute workouts, warm-up and cool down exercises, bonus workouts, product-specific workshops, fitness tests, and an exercise library covering all of the workout components.

It’s all available as video on the Escape Training portal, and backed up by an impressive set of binders presented in a smart box. This really is a comprehensive programming package that clubs can get up and running fast, and that will cover many months of scheduling.

Specially-filmed video is a critical component of the MOVE IT package. Extensive exercise and workout videos are available exclusively to MOVE IT customers via the Escape Training portal. It’s a great education resource for trainers preparing to deliver the programming, and is there as a reminder of proper technique and workout structure whenever it’s needed.

Clubs can also choose to order in-club training from Escape’s Master Trainers. This includes the relevant Product Training Workshops and training on the MOVE IT programming.
